The 2 things that all of these have in common is the requirement for a transmitter of (very low frequency) VLF or (extremely low freq) ELF[HAARP facility- Alaska ARECIBO - Puerto Rico, etc), and an artificial plasma layer induced by inserting various heavy metals into the ionosphere.
