I agree it is perhaps a new test of the decades old scalar weaponry we have reported on here at OA that threatens our country and our lively hoods.
Paranoia or practical assumption?
It is only a matter of timing now when the perpetrators who threaten our sovereignty will release a crushing pulse that destroys our coast line. When the destruction comes - stay away from large crowds of survivors! They will take from you what ever you have left in order to survive themselves…

This is a precursor of events unfolding on the Cascadia Subduction Zone that will directly interfere with life as we know it in the Pacific Northwest. If the Subduction Zone continues having this intense level of activity, we can come to expect a potential complete rupture of the fault zone which will cause quakes to exceed magnitude 9 and last for over 4 minutes!
Creepy how these two quakes happened in the same day, on the same fault network and within 12 hours of each other. The odds speak for themselves.
