Impeachment Movement Growing

Will the next president be stripped of the powers Bush and Cheney have embraced thru cronyism, crime boss loyalty, and attrition? Or will we all agree to disallow any new president whomsoever it is the powers – regarding them as unconstitutional and abusive/illegal? If we strip the next president of those powers aren’t we then saying that the current unlawfulness and abuses of power in the Bush/Cheney admin are punishable now and must be confronted with impeachment procedings in order to uphold the rule of law in our country?! I say Impeach without delay!-Skycypher

Fires once again devour SoCal

MALIBU, California (CNN) — Firefighters in Malibu, California, struggled Saturday to control a raging wildfire that destroyed dozens of homes after it broke out before dawn.

Officials described the fire as “dangerous and dynamic” and warned residents not to let down their guard if winds weaken during the afternoon, as expected.

“Winds can start up again in a hurry, they can change direction suddenly, and the fire itself can create its own weather conditions,” Los Angeles County Supervisor Zev Yaroslavsky said. “So just because the wind is dying down does not mean that people are out of danger.”

Yaroslavsky said the fire had burned 2,200 acres and 35 homes. (more…)
