It generates the electric energy to power the watch, utilizing the movement of the arm, and stores it in the Kinetic Electricity Storage Unit (Kinetic E.S.U), which requires no periodical replacement unlike conventional button-type batteries. It is a power source completely different from conventional batteries for watches, and therefore, does not require any periodic replacement.
The Kinetic E.S.U. is a clean and environmentally friendly power source. You can estimate the power reserve accumulated in the Kinetic E.S.U. from the manner in which you wear the Watch. This Chronograph Seiko watch SNL039P1 is a remarkable fusion of high performance and refined design. Neo-classical design meets the world's most advanced chronograph. The watch will operate for 5 months when it is full charge. When the second hand starts moving at two-second intervals instead of the normal one-second intervals, the watch will run down in approximately 12 hours.

He is a very professional 22 year old living in New York City. I want something classic but not boring or old man looking. Definitely a chronograph. All silver or silver and black. Which brands/designers should I consider???

If you are going to anwer, please be serious. Price range is $150.00 - $300.00. G Shock is too cheap and casual/sporty. Air Yeezy's? No thanks. Breguet is WAY too expensive. And by the way "shoes < watch" means "shoes are LESS THAN a watch," not greater than, as I think you were trying to say. Next time you take a math class, try actually paying attention. Thanks.
